Our Services
Catering built around your event, not a package
Three cuisines, four service styles and every kind of function from a thirty guest shagun to a thousand plate reception.
Six kitchens under one roof

01
Indian & Punjabi Catering
This is what we are known for and where most of our clients start. North Indian and Punjabi cooking done the way families expect it: proper bhuna base, whole spices, curries that have actually had time on the heat. We cover the full spread from chaat counters through to the sweets table, and we can go as traditional or as modern as your crowd wants.
- Tandoori chicken, seekh kebab and fish tikka from a live tandoor
- Butter chicken, goat curry, lamb rogan josh and chicken curry
- Shahi paneer, malai kofta, dal makhani and chana masala
- Chicken and vegetable biryani, saffron pulao, jeera rice
- Naan, tandoori roti, bhature and lachha paratha made fresh
- Chaat, golgappa and tikki counters served live
- Gulab jamun, gajar halwa, jalebi, rasmalai and a full mithai table
02
Italian Catering
The option that works for a mixed room. Corporate lunches, Canadian celebrations, engagement parties where half the guest list would rather have pasta than curry. Everything is made from scratch, not warmed from a tray, and it holds well on a buffet, which matters more than people realise.
- Baked lasagna, penne alla vodka, and fresh pasta with your choice of sauce
- Chicken parmigiana, marsala and piccata
- Risotto, gnocchi and baked ziti
- Antipasto platters, bruschetta and caprese
- Garlic bread, focaccia and herbed dinner rolls
- Caesar, garden and Mediterranean salads
- Tiramisu and cannoli

03
Mexican Catering
The one guests remember. A taco or fajita bar with everything made fresh in front of them keeps people standing around the table talking, which is exactly what you want at a birthday, a graduation or a summer backyard party.
- Build your own taco and fajita bar, chicken, beef and vegetarian
- Quesadillas, enchiladas and burrito bowls
- Elote and Mexican street corn salad
- Guacamole, pico de gallo and salsas made on site
- Rice, refried and black beans
- Churros and tres leches
04
Fusion & Continental
When the room is genuinely split. Butter chicken pasta, tandoori tacos, paneer sliders, an Indo-Chinese counter next to a carving station. We build these menus regularly for second generation weddings and mixed corporate crowds, and they land better than trying to please everyone with one cuisine.
- Butter chicken pasta and tikka mac and cheese
- Tandoori tacos and masala sliders
- Chilli paneer, Manchurian, Hakka noodles and Szechuan fried rice
- Carving station with roast chicken or beef
- Continental breakfast and brunch spreads
- Grazing tables and canape service

05
Hakka Catering
The one guests remember. A Hakka catering spread made fresh and served hot keeps everyone coming back for another plate. From flavour-packed noodles and fried rice to spicy Hakka favourites, it’s the perfect setup for birthdays, graduations, corporate events, and backyard celebrations.
- Hakka noodles & vegetable/chicken fried rice
- Chilli chicken, Manchurian & Hakka-style favourites
- Spring rolls, dumplings & crispy appetizers
- Chilli paneer, Szechuan dishes & vegetarian options
- Fresh vegetables, sauces & classic Hakka flavours
- Sweet treats & desserts to finish the celebration
06
Goat Meat Catering
The one guests remember. Slow-cooked, tender goat meat packed with rich spices and bold flavour makes any catering spread feel special. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, family gatherings, corporate events, and celebrations where you want guests talking about the food long after the party.
- Tender goat curry cooked with aromatic spices
- Goat biryani with fragrant basmati rice
- Spicy goat masala & traditional-style preparations
- Fresh naan, roti or paratha
- Rice, raita, salad & flavorful sides
- Delicious desserts to finish the feast

Before You Ask
The questions we get every week
How far ahead should I book?
For a wedding or a large function, as early as you have the date. Peak season weekends from May to October and the Diwali and Christmas weeks go first. Smaller events are usually fine with three to four weeks. Send us the date even if nothing else is decided.
What does it cost per plate?
It depends on cuisine, number of dishes, service style and guest count, so we will not quote a number we cannot stand behind. Send the form with your rough guest count and we will come back with a real per plate figure and the menu it buys.
Is there a minimum?
Twenty five guests for full service catering. Below that, drop-off is usually the better fit and we are happy to talk it through.
Do you do tastings?
Yes, for weddings and larger functions. We will arrange one once the date is held so the family can taste the menu before committing.
Can you cater at a Gurdwara or temple?
Yes. We regularly cater Akhand Path programs and langar sewa, and we understand the kitchen rules, the timings and the standards expected. Pure vegetarian, no onion and garlic on request.
Do you travel outside the GTA?
Usually yes for larger functions. Ask us with your venue and we will tell you straight away whether it works and whether there is a travel charge.
What about allergies and dietary needs?
Tell us at booking. We cook around nut, dairy and gluten requirements regularly, label everything on the day and brief the staff serving.
What happens if my guest count changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. We can adjust up or down until roughly a week out, which is when we place the food order.
Have a date in mind?
Send it over and we will tell you within a day whether we are free and what your menu could look like.
